Patrick is the founder and CEO of Visionpath, an award-winning early talent specialist on a mission to make early careers more equal. They work with top employers to create programmes that unlock skills and careers for young people, regardless of their background.

Coming from a social mobility background, he is passionate about creating opportunities for all and helping business and education to work together to shape young people’s futures. He has also spent 10 years as a school governor and academy trustee, including five years as Vice-Chair of a multi-academy trust.
