Proxy Collection of Certificates
If you are authorising someone to collect your certificate on your behalf, they must bring all of the following:
- Signed Authorisation Letter – A letter from you, clearly stating the full name of your representative.
- Your Valid Photo ID – Proof of identity must be presented.
- Representative’s Valid Photo ID – Your representative must also provide their own ID.
Failure to provide any of the above may result in the request being denied.

Requesting Your Certificate by Post
If you would like your certificate to be posted to you, you must send a stamped, self-addressed A4 envelope with sufficient postage to:

Important Requirements for Your Return Envelope:
- A4 Size: The envelope must be A4 to fit your certificate without folding.
- Sufficient Postage: Ensure you attach enough postage to cover the certificate’s return. insufficient postage may result in non-delivery.
- Secure & Trackable Postage Recommended: We strongly recommend using First Class Recorded or Registered Post to help prevent loss or delays.
Important: The college will not be responsible for certificates lost in the post. Your certificate will only be sent once we receive a correctly prepared return envelope.

Who Can Collect Certificates?
Certificates are available for students whose enrolment numbers begin with 2019 (e.g., 20190459).
If your enrolment number is from 2018 or earlier, please contact the awarding bodies directly for replacement certificates.
