Course Details
This course is characterised by experimental and integrated learning. The focus of the course is on creative problem solving supported by research and analysis so that you can define, understand and contribute to the area in which you wish to work.

How is this course assessed?
This course is 100% coursework with an examined element in the first year.

What is the Qualification?
Qualification UALab Level 3 Applied General Ext. Diploma
Level 3 (equivalent to three A Levels)

What are the entry requirements?
4 GCSE grades 9 – 4 including English or Maths at grade 4 or above. In addition you will need Art GCSE at 5 or a portfolio.

What are the modules and units?
– Part one is designed to enable you to try new things to identify what you like doing.
– Part two involves you working more independently to put your new skills into practice, working in the area you eventually wish to be employed in, each year ends with an exhibition of your work.
