Course Details
This course aims to provide students with an in depth understanding of the operations and structures of businesses and also legal issues that relate to businesses. In addition to investigating general business issues, you will explore the legal factors surrounding businesses such as contract and employment legislation. You will study the various ways that procedures should be managed in order to avoid disputes. The course will explore businesses in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

This course will be assessed through a combination of internal and external assessments.
