Course Details
On this course, you will acquire the skills required to study and analyse data collected from events and create hypothetical situations. Mathematics forms a compatible combination with many other subjects and is very popular with employers. You also have the opportunity to study A level Further Mathematics if you meet the entry requirements.
How is this course assessed?
This course will be assessed through external examinations at the end of the second year.

What are the entry requirements?
5 GCSEs at 5 and above. Higher entry requirements are required for those wishing to study 4 A Levels.
You will ideally have a 7 (but at least a 6) in Maths. Students who achieve a 6 in Maths may need to sit an additional test at
enrolment.
