Course Details
This course is equivalent to an A Level and is taken together with two other A Level subjects. Psychology is the scientific study of the mind and human behaviour. Psychologists observe and conduct experiments to find out more about why people behave the way they do and how people act and interact in certain situations. Psychologists try to understand what motivates, challenges or modifies our behaviour and use this understanding to help us tackle personal and social problems. Psychologists can work in social care, mental health, education, business, research and sports.
