Marian Orafu

Marian Orafu is a reputable and highly regarded professional with over 20 years of experience in Programme/Project Management and Executive Administration Management working within the NHS, education, VCS and SMEs sectors. She is known for her leadership and management skills and her passion to support young people, especially those with lived experiences, at risk and hard to reach to achieve their dreams and potential. Marian has supported various senior leadership teams and governors by creating, implementing, and developing processes and procedures to improve productivity, continuity and sustainability while maintaining business as usual. Currently, Marian works for the NHS, overseeing programmes and projects across the North Central London footprint which aims to enhance training, education and workforce development, with a specific focus on enhancing recruitment of new, and retention of current NHS staff.
In addition, Marian is a non-executive Director for an organisation supporting young girls and women and their children who have suffered from domestic violence. Providing them with a wraparound service consisting of legal advice, counselling, mental health and wellbeing programmes and more.
