Tigist has worked in the NHS for over 25 years and has worked in several Trusts. Currently Business Manager for Newham University Hospital Executive Board, she has worked on large complex projects in health and social care. She has led and facilitated over 300 community events and conferences and has a Master’s in executive business administration with Ashridge. She is passionate about inclusion and diversity for staff and students. She is a credited Cultural Intelligence and Inclusive Leadership Facilitator, which is a worldwide initiative. She is keen to see how students might best be supported in education, according to their needs. She also coaches and mentors young people and adults.
